All 14 branches of Whitman County Library will close Monday, Jan. 18 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Remember, during the pandemic Colfax Library is also temporarily closed on Sundays, this includes Sunday, Jan. 17.

Due dates for library materials have been extended in anticipation of this closure and no late fines will be charged. Drop boxes will remain open at all locations for returned items. Access to the library’s online resources including the catalog, downloadable audio and eBooks, NewsBank newspaper collection, Kanopy movie streaming and other services remains available here.
