Whitman County Library has 8 Discover Passes available for checkout thanks to a program called “Check Out Washington.” These limited-edition Discover Passes allow borrowers access to millions of acres of state parks and other state public lands. Each pass comes with an activity backpack that contains binoculars, field guides, various interpretive materials, and maps of local county trails and roads.
