Best-selling author Kat Brooks brings 3 inspiring classes to the Colfax Library

Kat Brooks is teaching all three ACT 2 classes on Thursday, Oct. 4 as part of the Community Colleges of Spokane ACT 2 line-up. Because these classes require pre-registration, community members are encouraged to sign up quickly to avoid cancellation. 

Kat Brooks is an award-winning of over 30 titles. She administers the website which was named of the six top sites in the United States for authors and she works to prevent authors from beings scammed by predatory publishers. 

“Introduction to Self-Publishing” 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Thinking about writing a book, but don’t know the next step? Learn from one of the industry’s top authorities! (Cost $11)

“Using Flash to Improve Writing Skills” 2 to 4 p.m. – Hone your fiction, non-fiction, or business writing under the direction of an award-winning author. (Cost $8)

“Gluten-Free Living 101” 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. – Take the guesswork out of gluten-free shopping, cooking, and going out to eat. (Cost $8)
